Privacy notice
La Spezia Transfer NCC di Oksana Nesterenko, trading as Prime Drive, is the data controller for anything you send through the quote form. Your name, email, optional phone and message arrive as an email in a company mailbox, and are used only to answer you. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps, not consent. This site sets no cookies.
This notice explains what happens to the personal data you send us through this website. It is written to satisfy article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation, and it describes what this particular site actually does rather than what a website in general might do.
Who is responsible for your data?

What do you collect when I ask for a quote?
One form on this site collects personal data. It is the quote request form on the contact page. It has four fields, and nothing else is added behind them.
| Field | Required | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | So the reply can be addressed to you and the driver meets the right person |
| Email address | Yes | So we can send you the quote |
| Telephone number | No | So we can reach you quickly about a date or a pickup point |
| Message | No | Free text. This is where people put the date, the pickup and the destination, how many of you there are, a flight number, a ship name, luggage, child seats or mobility needs |
Three further items travel with your request and are not typed by you. The first is which page you came from: a link from a tour or transfer page carries that page’s name, so the enquiry arrives labelled with the journey you were reading about. The second is the language of that page, so the reply comes back in the right language. The third is the time the request reached our server.
The form also carries two anti-spam values: a field hidden from human visitors that only an automated script would fill in, and the moment the form was drawn in your browser, which lets the server discard submissions completed impossibly fast. Both are used for that single purpose and for nothing else, and neither looks at who you are.
Length limits apply to each field, so anything beyond them is cut before the enquiry reaches the mailbox: 120 characters for a name, 180 for an email address, 4,000 for the message, 200 for the telephone number and for the automatic values.
This website takes no payment. There is no card form, no payment page and no card number anywhere in this site. It asks for no account, no password and no date of birth, and it collects no document or identity numbers.
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records technical information about the request, which can include your IP address. If an email ever fails to go out, the endpoint writes the enquiry into that same log rather than dropping it silently. Those records belong to the company that hosts the site, Vercel.
Why do you hold it, and on what legal basis?
To read your request, work out what the journey involves and send you a price. A quote request is answered within 24 hours, and answering it is the only thing your details are used for.
The legal basis is article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. It is deliberately not consent. If the quote turns into a booking, the same basis covers performing the contract. Any use beyond that, such as marketing, would need a separate and freely given consent that we do not currently ask for.
That is also why the quote form carries no consent tickbox. Asking you to consent to something we are already entitled to do on a different basis would give you a withdrawal right that would not actually stop us answering your enquiry, which is misleading rather than protective.
Who else sees my details?
Two technical suppliers, each acting as a data processor on our instructions and for no purpose of its own.
- Website hosting. This site is built as static pages and published on Vercel, which serves the pages and runs the single endpoint that receives the quote form. Vercel has no use of its own for your enquiry; what it holds is the ordinary technical record of a web request, including the address it came from.
- Email delivery. The endpoint sends your enquiry straight out as an email, over Google’s own mail servers, to a company Gmail mailbox. Google is therefore the one supplier that handles the content of what you wrote - and it already holds the mailbox, so the form adds no recipient that did not already have your email. There is no form service, no form backend, no customer relationship system, no lead broker and no advertising platform between the page and the mailbox.
- No one else. There is no database behind this site and no analytics account. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with other drivers or agencies.
Does my data leave the European Economic Area?
Yes, in one respect, and it is better said plainly than buried. Both of the suppliers are United States companies: Google holds the mailbox your enquiry arrives in, and Vercel serves these pages. Your enquiry is therefore handled on services run by US providers.
There is no third recipient. No advertising platform, no analytics tool, no agency and no other operator receives anything about you, in or outside Europe, and nothing about you is passed to anyone for purposes of their own.
Where is my enquiry kept?
In the mailbox, as an email. There is no database behind this site, no customer relationship system and no list of enquiries kept anywhere else, so that email and the reply thread that grows out of it are the whole record. Ask us to delete it, by email or by telephone, and it goes: there is no second copy in a system we would have to go looking for.
Where an enquiry becomes a booking, the invoice and the accounting records that go with a paid journey fall under Italian tax and accounting law, which fixes how long they have to be kept and does not leave us a choice about it.
Does this site use cookies or track me?
No cookies are set by this site, and no cookie-based tracking runs on it. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Specifically, this site carries:
- no advertising or social media tags of any kind;
- no embedded map, video player or chat widget;
- no reCAPTCHA - the form is protected by a hidden field and a timing check handled on our own server, which is why no third party inspects your behaviour on the page;
- no third-party fonts - both typefaces are served from this site;
- no analytics account, and so no visitor statistics of any kind.
What rights do I have, and how do I use them?
Under the GDPR you may ask us to:
- give you access to the personal data we hold about you, and a copy of it;
- correct anything inaccurate, such as a misspelled name or a wrong pickup address;
- erase it, when we no longer need it for the purpose it was given for;
- restrict how we use it while a disagreement is being resolved;
- object to a particular use;
- receive it in a portable form, or have it sent to someone else, where that applies.
Write to book.primedrive@gmail.com, or telephone or message +39 345 3408361, and say what you want done. There is no charge, and you do not have to explain why. We answer as quickly as we can, and in any case within one month, which is the time the GDPR allows.
If you think your data has been handled badly, you may complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, whose complaint procedure is published at garanteprivacy.it. You may complain to it whether or not you have raised the matter with us first, although telling us usually settles it faster.
Do I have to give you these details?
Only a name and an email address, and only because a quote cannot be sent to nobody. The telephone number and the message are optional, and leaving them empty does not stop us replying - it usually means we ask one follow-up question instead. Writing the flight number, the ship name or a mobility need into the message at this stage is what lets the first answer be precise, but it is your choice.
Is any decision about me made automatically?
No. Every quote is read and answered by a person. Nothing on this site profiles you, scores you or decides anything about you automatically. The only automated step is the anti-spam check, which looks at a hidden field and a timestamp and never at who you are.
How will I know if this notice changes?
The date at the foot of this page is the date this version was published. If what we do with your data changes - a new supplier, a statistics tool, a mailbox on a different domain - this page is updated before the change takes effect, and the date changes with it.
Questions about anything on this page can go to the same address as everything else: book.primedrive@gmail.com or +39 345 3408361. The terms on which a booking is accepted are set out separately in our booking terms, and the quote form itself is on the contact page.
Questions about this trip
Does this website use cookies?
No. This site sets no cookies of its own and none on behalf of anyone else, so there is no consent banner to click through. It carries no advertising tags, no social pixels, no embedded map, no video player, no chat widget and no reCAPTCHA. The two typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not hand your IP address to a third party for that purpose.
Who can see the details I send with a quote request?
The people who answer quotes at Prime Drive, and two technical suppliers: Vercel, which hosts this site and runs the endpoint the form posts to, and Google, which carries the email and holds the mailbox it lands in. There is no form service, no customer relationship system and no lead broker in between. We do not sell your details, pass them to advertising networks or share them with other operators.
How do I ask you to delete my enquiry?
Write to book.primedrive@gmail.com and say which enquiry you mean, or telephone +39 345 3408361. You do not need to give a reason and there is no charge. We will confirm when it is done, and we will tell you if any part of it has to be kept, with the reason.
Do you send marketing email to people who ask for a quote?
Not from this website. There is no newsletter sign-up on the site and no mailing list behind the quote form, so asking for a price does not put you on one. If that ever changes it will be a separate, clearly worded and freely given consent, never a pre-ticked box attached to the quote.
